Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/commerce/economics/business management/Rural Management and/or any other relevant areas from a recognized university/institution.

Experience:
- Demonstrated technical expertise in design, implementation of program of development nature with at least 3-5 years’ experience.
- Good experience in dealing with operational aspects related to microfinance/livelihood/microenterprises aligned developmental activities.
Other Qualification:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, professional maturity and business judgment.
Compensation:
- The compensation (on CTC basis) shall be commensurate with industry standards.
- A higher compensation would be considered for competent and experienced candidate based on their suitability/experience.

Selection Process
Selection would be by way of written test/personal interview to be held online/offline before the Selection Committee. The Bank will undertake a preliminary screening of the applications for preparing, if necessary, a shortlist of eligible candidates to be called for interview.
