The National Council of Educational Research & Training (NCERT) has recently issued a job notification for the recruitment of 04 Consultants posts on a contractual basis. Interested candidates can apply.
The eligibility criteria regarding prescribed educational qualification, upper age limit, relevant work experience, and application procedure are mentioned below:

- Age Limit: Not more than 45 Years.
Age Relaxation: Relaxable by 5 years for OBC/SC/ST/PH/women candidates.
NCERT Recruitment 2024: Vacancy Details
1. Academic Consultant
No of Posts: 02 Nos.
Salary: Rs.70,000/- per month

Education Qualification:
- Masters’ Degree in Mathematics/History / Political Science/Economics / Geography /Sociology / Physics / Chemistry from recognized University /Institute or equivalent with 55% marks or equivalent grade for general category and 50% in case of SC/ST/PH/Women candidates.
- PhD /NET/SLET Qualified in relevant subject.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience of working as an academic expert in educational projects at national / state level in the education sector or equivalent with knowledge of computer application.
2. Business Consultant
No of Post: 01 No.
Salary: Rs.70,000/- per month

Education Qualification:
- Post-Graduation in Business Administration from a recognized University with 55 % marks or equivalent grade in general category and in case of SC/ST/PH it will be 50%.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of overall experience in Industry or Government set up.
3. PR Consultant
No of Post: 01 No.
Salary: Rs.70,000/- per month

Education Qualification:
- Post-graduation in Mass Communication & Journalism or Public Relations or PR & Advertising or Digital Media with 55 % marks or equivalent grade in general category and in case of SC/ST/PH it will be 50% from recognized University. Or
- Post-graduation in any subject with 55% marks or equivalent grade in general category and in case of SC/ST/PH it will be 50% from recognized University and PG Diploma in Mass Communication and Journalism / Advertisement or equivalent areas.
Desirable: PhD /NET/ SLET Qualified in relevant subject.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of overall experience in relevant areas.
- In case of Post-graduation with PG Diploma, a minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant areas.
