Educational Qualification:
- Grade-III: Any Graduates with Computer Diploma/Certificate of minimum 6 months duration.
- Grade-IV & Library Bearer: Class VIII Passed.

Selection Process
For the Grade-III Post:
- One written Examination (objective type) of 60 Marks will be held.
- One Computer Test of 20 Marks will also be held among candidates who pass the written exam (as fixed by committee)
- Computer test will also be held for English and Assamese Typing, Excel, Tally etc.
- The Final Selection will be altogether on the basis of written and computer test marks.
For Grade-IV Post:
- One written Examination (objective type) of 50 Marks altogether will be held.
- One Viva (interview) will also be held for 5 Marks among the candidates who remain at top of the written test (Maximum 5 candidates against 1 Post).
