Salary: Rs.75,000/- per month (Fixed)
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University of India (established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or State Act) or an Institute recognised by the Government of Assam or by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
- Must have a valid license/ certificate of enrolment from any Bar Council (within India) at the time of submission of application.
Experience:
- Must have practiced as an Advocate in the Courts/ Tribunals within the State of Assam and also in the High Court continuously for minimum 5 (five) years as on the date of submission of application, basically on the service side.
Important Certificates/Testimonials
- LL.B. Pass Certificate and mark sheets.
- Copy of the license/valid photo identity card issued by the Bar Council of Assam, Nagaland, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh & Sikkim or any other Bar Council within the territory of India.
- Practice certificate issued by Bar Council Or
- Certificate issued by designated Senior Advocate or
- A certificate issued by an advocate who has minimum 15 years of standing at the Bar
