Experience:
- Trainee engineers with experience of providing IT support (PC maintenance, Network switch and associated software hands on experience, preferably as site IT Engineer, will be preferred.
- The Resident Engineer must be able to Read/Speak/Write in English and Hindi/ Regional Language wherever they are posted.
BEL Trainee Engineer Recruitment 2024: Salary Details
Trainee Engineer- I: Candidates will receive a total salary of Rs.30,000/- per month for the 1st Year of engagement, Rs.35,000/- per month for the 2nd year, Rs.40, 000/- per month for the 3rd year respectively.
BEL Trainee Engineer Recruitment 2024: Selection Process
- The candidates will be selected through a Written Test for shortlisted candidates, followed by an Interview, only for those candidates who qualify in the Written Test. The venue for the Written Test / Interview will be intimated later.
- 85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% Marks for the interview. Candidates who pass the written test will be called for interview in the ratio of 1:5 in the order of merit in each category.
- The names of candidates shortlisted for Written Test/Interviews and final selections will be notified on Company’s website.
- The call letters for written Test/Interview will be sent through email only.
