Qualification and Experience:

• Graduate in Civil Engineering from any AICTE approved recognized institute or university.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant post qualification experience preferably in Project management of building construction, and urban infrastructure development projects.

2. Project Management Specialist (PMS)

Total Post: 01

salary: Rs.60,000- Rs.90,000 per month

Qualification and Experience:

• M.Tech/B.Tech/B. E in IT/Computer Science/Electronics/Instrumentation
  engineering or full time MBA/EXMBA from any of the recognized boards
  or university.
• Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience for candidates having M.Tech/MBA/EX-MBA degree and minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience for other qualification as mentioned above.
• Candidates should have professional work experience at the national/state levels or in any other externally aided project in planning, programming, implementation monitoring and evaluation of technical cooperation programs/Infrastructure development.
• Professional work experience in a managerial position or a technical expert position in managing / assessing infrastructure development projects at state / national level will be preferred.
• Should be well versed with Power Point Presentation, V-lookup, Pivot Table, Dashboard, etc. and any other computer applications which will be essential for day-to-day activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and good knowledge of written and spoken Assamese, English & Hindi.

3. Assistant Finance Specialist (AFS)

Total Post: 01

Salary: Rs.30,000-Rs.50,000/- per month.

Qualification and Experience:

• B. Com from any of the recognized boards or university. Candidate must possess minimum Six (6) months Certificate/diploma in Computer Application from Govt. recognized institute.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting, financial management for large scale programmes/projects/ any Centrally sponsored scheme.
• Should have working experience in Public Financial Management System (PFMS)
• Should be well versed with MS office, Dashboard, etc. and any other computer applications which will be essential for day-to-day activities.

Age Limit: Upto 35 years

4. Assistant Engineer (AE)

Total Post: 01

Salary: Rs.30,000-Rs.50,000/- per month.

Qualification and Experience:

• Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized University/Institution.
• Should have minimum 5 (five) years of hands-on experience in Construction activities in any externally Aided Project or Public/ Private sector organization.
• Should have professional work experience at the national/state levels or in any other externally aided project to review the design and drawings for the construction/renovation works, monitoring, verification, compliances related to civil works planned in the project.
• Proficiency in MS office and Autocad functionalities, operation, etc
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and good knowledge of written and spoken Assamese, English & Hindi.
