Post Name: Livelihood Specialist

Salary: Rs.70,000-80,000/- per month (inclusive of allowances). TA/DA and other allowances admissible as per FREMAA norms.
Educational Qualification:
- A first-class Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Livelihoods/Social Development/Agriculture/ Fisheries/Rural Development/Natural Resources Management/Rural Developmental Studies from a recognized institution or university.
Experience:
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience with at least 8 years of practical experience in livelihood projects especially especially relevant to agriculture and fisheries.
Other Eligibility:
- Experience of working on externally aided projects by ADB or World Bank will be preferred.
- Should have good interpersonal and communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Should have knowledge and experience of working with communities and poverty alleviation programs.
- Should have experience in conducting studies, workshops, seminars, annual planning exercises on livelihood activities relating to farm, fishery, livestock, etc.
- Should be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
- Should have fluency in English, Hindi and Assamese and report writing skills in English language.
