Post Name: Contractual Assistant Operator – Road Roller

Total Vacancies: 10 Nos.

Emolument:

  • Fixed Emolument: Rs.16,640/- only per month based on attendance including paid leave, holiday, if any
  • Variable Emolument: Rs.640/- only per day for each working day. 

Educational Qualification:

  • Passed Class 10 from Government Recognized Education Board.
  • Must possess a valid driving licence for operation of Road Roller/Excavator/ Vibratory Soil Compactor/Asphalt Compactor issued by Government of Assam/Arunachal Pradesh.
  • Must have minimum 03 (three) years post qualification work experience as Operator / Assistant Operator of Road Roller / Excavator /Vibratory Soil Compactor/Asphalt Compactor.

Period of Contractual Engagement:

  • The engagement will be purely on a contractual basis. The initial period of the contractual engagement will be for a period of 06 (Six) months, which is extendable by another 03 (three) tenures of 06 (Six) months each subject to departmental requirements, performance, and conduct of the incumbent, medical fitness, etc. The maximum period of contractual engagement will be 02 (Two) years only.
