Age Relaxation: Age relaxation up to 5 years for Scheduled caste (SC) and up to 3 years for Other Backward shall be allowed as per DoPT guidelines. Candidates belonging to SC/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS should furnish their certificates in the prescribed format, failing which, their applications will not be considered.

1. Technical Assistant

Total Posts: 03

Category-wise vacancy:

Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years

Pay Scale: Level-6 Rs.35,400 -1,12,400/-

Discipline with Allotted vacancy & Essential Qualification:

  • Veterinary Sciences: 1st class Bachelor’s degree (Minimum three years) in Veterinary Sciences (B.V. Sc.) from a recognized University.
  • Life sciences: 1st class Bachelor’s degree (Minimum three years) in Zoology from a recognized University.
  • Bioscience & Bioinformatics: 1st class Bachelor’s degree (Minimum three years) in Bioscience & Bio informatics (or) Biotechnology from a recognized University.
2. Technician-1

Total Posts: 08

Category-wise vacancy: 

  • UR: 03
  • OBC: 03
  • EWS: 01
  • SC: 01

Age Limit: Not exceeding 28 years

Pay Scale: Level-2 Rs.19,900 -63,200/-

Discipline with Allotted vacancy & Essential Qualification:

Life Sciences:

  • 12th or Intermediate pass in Science subject with 55% marks and
  •  At least One-year Diploma in MLT from a Govt. recognized institution

Computer Sciences:

  • 12th or Intermediate pass in Science subject with 55% marks and
  • At least or One-year Diploma in Computer applications/ science from a Govt. recognized institution
3. Laboratory Attendant-1

Total Posts: 04

Age Limit: Not exceeding 25 years

Pay Scale: Level-1 Rs.18,000-56,900/-

Essential Qualification:

  • 10th pass with 50% marks in aggregate from recognized board and
  • One year working experience in a Govt. recognized/approved/registered lab

How to Apply for ICMR RMRC Dibrugarh Recruitment 2023 ?
1) All candidates who is interested and eligible and willing to apply in response to this advertisement notice for the posts of Technical Assistant, Technician-1 and Laboratory Attendant-1 should visit Institutes website at https://rmrcne.org.in and register himself/herself via the “Online Registration” link before 09/08/2023 and generate a Registration Number.

2) Thereafter, candidates have to download the Application Form from the Institute’s website and a printed copy of the filled offline application form duly signed by the applicant along with relevant enclosures and non-refundable application fee in the form of Indian Postal Order/Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three hundred) only should be sent in a sealed envelope cover super scribing “Application for the post of… (name of the post), (Registration Number)” to “Director, ICMR-Regional Medical Research Centre, Bokul, Lahowal, Dibrugarh – 786003, Assam” through speed post/Registered post (applications by hand will not be received) latest by 12/08/2023.

3) All candidates need to attach the self-attested copies of the following documents along with their duly completed Application Form: –

  1. Proof of Date of Birth
  2. Proof of Educational qualification from Class-Xth onwards
  3. Proof of Work Experience certificates
  4. Proof of Experience for age relaxation for the candidates working in Government Sector; in the prescribed format
  5. Income and asset Certificate for EWS candidates, in the prescribed form at
  6. One-self attested recent passport size photograph
  7. Proof of Category i.e. SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy) /PwBD/EWS etc. in prescribed format
  8. No Objection Certificate (wherever applicable)
  9. Declaration of Experience for Candidates working in ICMR projects continuously
  10. Any other document relevant to the essential qualification and eligibility criteria.

4) The candidates have to fill all the columns in the application form and should write ‘NA’ in respect of the clauses which are not applicable or relevant to the candidate.

5)  Only applications received by speed post / registered post will valid Registration Number will be accepted. No other mode of application will be considered.

6)  Applicants must register separately and submit separate application for each post.

7) Those working in Central/State Government Department, Public Sector undertakings and Government funded organization should be submitting their applications with the prior permission of the employer and submit No Objection Certificate along with application form and other essential documents.
